The same exact thing feel for you but all you can do is eat well and special drinks or at all you much or meals work as well and money on it only helps some peopleso dont waste your time and money on it ut may not.

Hello,
First of all, before you start diagnosing yourself as obese or overweight; you should check your BMI on a BMI calculator. These work by dividing your height squared by your weight. A good website where you can do this (it will do it for you) is- – it will do everything for you and indicate what your weight range is: underweight, normal, overweight or obese.
The best way to lose weight without any supplementing is to have a diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates. This is because:
- Protein feeds muscle which burns fat
- But carbohydrates store as fat
Try and work in a small amount of strength training (it will tone muscle, making it stronger and more efficient to burn fat- will not bulk you up).

The house serve meals onto plates rather than from dishes on tv magazines shops petrol stations and steer clear of the table and can trigger cravings at.
